It's an experience I have no plans on ending anytime soon. Nightingale is healthy and it has been healthy for me in my professional and personal life. I think if a job could be recommended by a doctor everyone working in the world of admissions would be trying to get that prescription. Grateful

It's safe and giving it truly is a breathe of fresh air to experience such positivity at work
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do something I genuinely love to do and consistently challenge myself which for me is important for me in work. Is to be challenged because that's how you become better getting through things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, only seeing them once a year and being across the world from one another there is a closeness and genuine bond made over time and flame forward really allows us that time to connect and continuously grow them bonds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that every change they make seems to always be in thought of us as collabs. This is a selfless leadership team, and I'm genuinely grateful to be able to benefit both personally and professionally due to the choices they made so I can confidently say this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything, omg this only allows 300 characters I have WAY too much to say! So, the best part of my compensation package is its constantly growing. The opportunities to grow here are endless. Whether you are promoted or not our work is always being reevaluated to make sure were compensated fairly.
