What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are shady. They claim they will be calling back "within the afternoon" repeatedly for weeks at a time. I have literally been made to feel as though they are trying to wait me out until I stop trying to contact them over money I am owed. Truly a disgusting lack of integrity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Repeatedly been told my situation will be taken care of or someone will call me back and am constantly just left without any information or ANY contact. So beyond frustrated. And the Wisconsin Labor Laws only will reimburse Federal Minimum Wage which is less than HALF of what I was being paid.

I feel undervalued because I could go to Chick-fil-A and make more than a dollar for an entry level than what I am paid currently as a shift manager at noodles. Staying above or at competitive pay wages in relation to the surrounding market would make this challenge better.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The online application made it easy and interviewing with more than one person from the team, GM and AGM, it felt personable and as if more than one person was in control as to the decision for me to be hired or not

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It all starts at the top of the latter. No not all stores are ran the same and probably function better than the one I am in. I would suggest that if you care so much about your numbers and seek improvement; focus on and care for your people that are running those numbers, the team in the store.
