Actually listening to its employees and having leaders that act as guides for their people.

Nordstrom needs to start listening to its employees and its customers again. They have progressivley alienated customers over the years.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Nordstrom used to have a company culture that was great! It still looks good on paper. Nordstrom needs to return to its values.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Nordstrom has been quietly cutting back in benefits for many years, reduced employee pay, and limited growth opportunities. As far as compensation theyve been removing it.
