Long hours with little thanks. Nordstrom promotes and keeps prople until it does not need them anymore. I have watched some stelar leaders walk out the door due to corp restructures. Nordstrom toughts promote from within, but they have eliminated so many positions that it is imposible.

Nordstrom used to have a company culture that was great! It still looks good on paper. Nordstrom needs to return to its values.

Nordstrom has been quietly cutting back in benefits for many years, reduced employee pay, and limited growth opportunities. As far as compensation theyve been removing it.
