What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our store does not follow the Nordstrom values with the current store manager. Ineffective at best.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

By allowing co-workers who don't do the right thing keep working then it destroys the morale of the co-workers doing above and beyond.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership starts at the top with the store manager and trickles down from there. Weak store manager leads to a weak executive team.
