New managers..we need leadership that knows what they are actually know what they are actually doing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers take advantage just because of their position, they are unappreciated and have no knowledge of what they are doing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because new hires are getting payed the same about as i am and ive been working at nordstrom for about 8 yesrs and i feel thats very unfair
