We need to work on teamwork and not competition

Making people happy, especially the relationships i have built with amazing customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone has common goals. Sales, be appreciated and approved by customers and managers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was with a very kind and patient manager who was great at communicating with me and made me feel safe.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a part time employee whi hits 1st place on 9/10 of my shifts, i only work about 25 hours a week and dont recieve commision. I have seen the break downs of my commision but a part time employee making sales as good if not better than the full time employees and no commission doesn't make sense.
