If you want a thankless job, this would be it. Impossible to make commission for rven top sellers due to returns. Customers get angry at you for things like their address not being saved in the system or due to sewing flaws. No employee recognition and pay is terrible

Leadership team are mostly nice but theres a definite divide between leadership and employees

Corporate should cut back the amount spent elsewhere and refocus it on the employees on the floor

The only thing that matters here is numbers, so you feel you as a person, your kindness and effort and attebtion to customers means nothing - and its really hard to perform here amidst the stress you have in your own life and give great customer service when you know the pay is terrible
