My interview process was professional, informative, detailed and most of all curtious.

The Team I work with is Fantastic. We all work together like a well oiled machine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a great peace of mind working at Nordstroms in knowing the leadership team has an inviting and welcoming "open door policy".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment is healthy and a"non toxic"one. It's a comfort to know this when you go to work five days a week .
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with make me happy also the Leadership teams support. But most of all, the feeling that we are all working for the same goal i.e. (our Customers) and we work as a team to achieve this goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At this time I am home due to testing positive for Covid-19. Before I started work at nordstrom I was laid off from my last job due to covid. Needless to say my budget is still very tight. So it is a comfort in knowing I will not be deduced for sick days but compensated.
