Company hasn't given raises in 6 years--not one penny,This despite the cost of living rising >25% in that time period. Needless to say morale is at all-time lows

Appreciating our efforts financially--they say we keep the company afloat but the pay doesn't reflect that

The best thing is how hard they work and how loyal they are despite that loyalty going only one way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone I know outside Nordstrom has received raises in the last year or so. A cost of living raise at the very least is indicated
