IF you mean within the store, management could be friendlier and get to know the salesforce better

Everyone needs to share in the work and treat one another with more respect. Some hold themselves above certain jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We sell less expensive jewelry than when i started and we either need to up commission rate or carry more expensive jewelry

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to push workers to become reliable. I think they need more training and rotation thruout dept so all know who does what
