Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There should be stricter return policies to protect employees. There should be hourly pay on top of commission.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My counter manager was just horrible! She is good at what she does work wise but her interpersonal skill is just not there. Rude!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The environment will be greatly dictated by who you are surrounded with. Good or bad, you really are at the mercy of your peers
