My regular customers are why I continue to work so hard for them!

My department has a few long time employees.. 5+ yrs. we must have more if our culture is to survive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is way to difficult to make a living as a sales person... that is why our turnover rate is so high.
