Nordstrom promotes from within only which means rot starts there and spreads. There is no outside perspective. Stores are like cliques from HS, especially women's. Managers are lazy and talk more with their friends than helping customers.

They lied to me about hours and accommodations for disability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No commission. Commission places individual interests above customers and the brand. Pay us a fair wage and give commission based incentives or bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actual leadership. Someone needs to be there, to make sacrifices, to choose the customers and brand before their friends. Oh and bras require more training than 90 seconds, signed someone with a decade of experience. Also commission is an 80s thing. Drop it and move on.
