What makes you most happy at work?

Making friends with customers. Making their experience with me memorable and making them MY repeat customers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What some of my coworkers need only they can provide, better attitude, pride in their job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

For the most part employees within my department respect each other. Not true of nearby departments who cross sell in my department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better if I received what non employees receive as far as credit cards perks. i.e. triple points days, alteration credits.
