The ability to work remotely has vastly improve my work flow and productivity. I wouldn't want to return to the office under any circumstances.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very turbulent... I think many of the down pyramid people left this place in cruise control so long, its taking us years to clean it up. We cycle through CTOs every couple years, ranging from technically incompetent, to reckless, to extremely caustic. Its caused alot of whiplash and cronyism.
