What makes you most happy at work?

Making a decent salary that is enough to thrive and not just survive. A good team of supportive coworkers, proactive management, sufficient training, transparency, good benefits, a strong purpose that is shared.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More communication and more management presence on the salesfloor. Less emphasis on high metrics and more merit on providing customer service and team work. Better pay and more transparency, more consistent schedules.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are too many salespeople competing on the salesfloor therefore it is challenging to make decent commission, returns are also deducted from commission pay and returns can be made at any time. The expectations to provide great customer service are high yet the pay is very low.
