We desperately need department meetings- at least once per quarter. We have none and resentments bloom when not diffused
Overall corporate direction is positive and encouraging. Specific department and regional needs are neglected and it is frustrating. Challenging retail climate that could be better with local specific focus
At the local level the department manager is not interested in the business. Employees care more than management. Culture has deteriorated. I appreciate Nordstrom culture , but this s specifically is unhealthy
