I'm not particularly impressed with our compensation

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We work pretty well together (co-workers), so that's very positive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening. Promoting the appropriate employees. Openly appreciating the employee for hard work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Shortage of hours and spreading part time hours over 5 or 6 days sometimes

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of my co workers in my department do very little and get more hours to work than I do. I would like people To be more seriously disciplined for their actions.
