What do you like best about the leadership team?

Sometimes our management does not have experience in the department he or she manages

What makes you most happy at work?

My clients. M goal is to build one “relationship” a day that is what we offer over on line. We need to get back to major customer service invoursge it and praise it when associates are seen doing something “right”

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our management staff needs to “care” sometimes their people skills which is extremely important in a retail environment is a lacking. Every associate is different and they need to know what motivates each goals! Money! Praise! Whatever works for them.
