Less emphasis on online sales. Promote store shopping again. Incentive for shopping at brick and mortar.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More coaching and support of new employees. Managers are too busy or disinterested to teach inspire and lead. The burden is shouldered by seasoned team members.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improvement in full line store support. Less emphasis on online. Or find a balance to compensate employees with online profit margins. Customer service is the human factor not being currently compansated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of praise and accolades for stellar performance. Managers who are small thinking and hinder growth by focusing on small details that do not affect the big picture. Loss of compassion in the ever growing cyber fueled store.
