Maybe sales are down and they're not telling us. Who knows.

Being helpful when someone has a question and not disappearing into thin air when needed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Unless you want to gossip, there's not much anyone talks about. Talking means being less productive, which is frowned upon.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It used to be better. Things keep being "cut". We did a lot of fun things during meetings or sometimes we'd have random surprises at lunch or such. Now everything is being cut down, even the meals they provide are smaller for more money. It's crazy.
