Better leadership and better quality of selected applicants. Give new hires a 90 day trial....intro period!

What did you like most about the interview process?

At my interview I thought they were selective and asked relevant questions. Through the course of my job I found myself to be wrong. They will hire anyone to fill positions

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone gets paid equally and should pull their share of the work load. The department managers is the only person that correct that. If they are not an asset to the company their schedules should me minimal!!!!!
