What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more personality based than skill based.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am getting to the age where health insurance is vital, and my health insurance is reasonably priced and amazingly comprehensive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the security of knowing that we're so busy, we'll probably be one of the companies that's still here 10 years from now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers are generally so busy trying to move up the ladder that they ignore their day to day tasks. Also bad at training new employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Half of the team are lazy and the managers do not make sure the work is being done equally by all team members. This causes resentment within the team.
