I fell in love with this company after I transferred to the Nordstrom DC in Newark, CA. Not every location will be the same. I personally started at the Rack, and I wasn't happy. But as soon I transferred, I got to see how amazing this company really is

My team is consisted for carefully selected individuals. They are required to be personable and experienced. Many individuals I work with, old and young, are friendly and hardworking

The best thing about our compensation plan is that we get fair and rewarding bonuses for showing regard for hard work and good attendance. I feel truly appreciated for my hard work and dedication to my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I can say about my leadership team is that they care about their employees. They put health and safety above all else and in turn that motivates the team to work in a dedicated fashion for the company.

There is a lovely balance of casualness and professionalism in my place of work. When it is time to work everyone has hands on deck. When it is time to relax, there is no petty drama and everyone, including upper management, are really fun
