Mostly good, but it has gone downhill over time as the leadership has gotten worse and worse and the money has tightened.

I love the work and I love the people.

Very nice people at the bottom end at Nordstrom.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Non leaders are respectful and nice. It is very progressive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am at Nordstrom Tech. Stop making so many sudden changes at the higher end and give engineers freedom to innovate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being paid 5% or more less than at other comparable companies. My hours have recently increased and I received no increase in compensation.
