I am being under-leveled and therefore underpaid because the HR structure is inflexible and Nordstrom does a poor job of resource planning when it comes to employee responsibilities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was given both a behavioral interview as well as a case question to understand my ability to problem solve/how I think. But I know this isn't standardized across the interview process.
