Making the customers happy and satisfying their needs.

For the most part people help each other out. I rarely feel let down by a team member not doing enough.

Most of the management team is open to listening and thinking through an issue. They are appreciative of ideas and hard work.

Most of the team listens to my direction and takes direction easily. I can count on them to complete their assigned tasks.
