Great but the scheduling is chaotic and draining the life out of me. Hours are anywhere between 8am-10pm all week with no consistent off days or scheduling. There is never two off days in a row either

Mgmt and staff are adaptive and supportive. Everyone is looking out for each other's well being
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe that for the level of training, experience in sales tactics, conflict resolution with customers that is necessary for sales associates that $14h plus commission cuts it. This job is more demanding than being a server in fine dining. The pay should be $16h plus commission.
