Can't be double standards and show favoritetnessne to staff

Eating lunch together. No team work, all fighting for the sales. Not a good working environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better selling culture and choice better management. People stay with the company for long periods of time or top seller doesn't mean they qualify for management position. Promoting with in don't always work best for the company!
