I work very hard and do multiple jobs and my increase never meets inflation.

I think Nuskin as a whole is on the lower end of the pay scale. I have been with this company for many years and slowly see each of our perks disappearing. The culture is different. It does not have the same feel as it did with the founders.

Thankful enough when it comes to benefits. My primary concern now, I should be paid a better hourly rate or what I take home every month for my FAMILY.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A higher salary would attract more educated workers, which would directly reflect the efficiency in the teamwork. Management are making us quiet down about it.

To start being proactive of their knowledge in their positions. If you don't know something then by al means do ask and I am happy to help but asking me the same questions day after day week after week gets exhausting. Write it down and keep it somewhere you can refer to when needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mainly the executive and senior leaders not understanding the needs of lower level employees. Many senior leaders attended the Team Elite trip to Europe, including some that did not add value, yet some benefits such as Lagoon are being eliminated.
