Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I mean, I've worked here for a long time and I'm still one of the lowest paid people here

As per my work and compare to the market price, my designation and my salary is alot less.

Employees in same department under different categories are paid differently. The one with lower title are getting more compensation. I feel compensation should be at same level in single department.

A better hike probably, as I close almost all the positions within the time frame. Comparatively, I am getting very little.

everyone is nice to each other, willing to chat and help each other when needed. we do fun social events and happy hours, monthly dinners at the office, etc. to promote cross-team bonding

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our company has ownership as a value but they should give employees enough freedom to take ownership in the assigned tasks and there should be less micromanagement.
