What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is fair and in line with market values. OJO also offers equity shares and a long list of perks, even in light of the current pandemic, thus, setting them apart in their industry and otherwise.

There is a free healthcare option, unlimited PTO, lots of holidays, we really take care of the employee here

My team is comprised of very intelligent, hardworking individuals who collaborate well together. I feel included and embraced. I'm also inspired by everyone's work ethic and happy to bring that same diligence to our team.
