I like to use the money to sell stock in increments to pay for my family vacation a few times per year and i like them very much.

Our team is great! Super collaborative, great culture and everyone is willing to go above and beyond to help the team succeed together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone on our team is pitching in. I don't feel like I am picking up the slack. Leaders are open and honest and create a healthy environment for positive or negative conversations. They are very receptive and I always feel heard and presented with solutions if there are ever problems.

I was able to talk to people at all different levels and understand workflow and day to day from multiple perspectives. It helped me form a well-rounded idea of what it would be like working with the team and what my role would be.
