What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was open and fair. You know where you were going and getting yourself into.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about each others, our customers and support each others. It was very high to ask for more really. Due to the lack of recognition, some got demotivated which was a real shame
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be much more employees focus as the employees are their customer. The LOB I was working had 0 team recognition, 0 empathy. If you want to be recognise, you had to be a white man otherwise, your chance were very low.
