Bureaucracy. Very tops down management approach. Since a majority of the company owenership is held by insiders, decisions arent always clear. Lack of any company culture, which does not breed much of a collaborative environment.

Be more collaborative. If you don't want to be, own your decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need a defined bonus plan. Increased equity. Lower level employess arent usually given any equity, which is not competitive.
