Not very employee centric. Not very customer centric either. A culture of sell and move on. Customers tend to have major issues with service delivery, response times to issues.

Good work ethic, knowledgeable, helpful
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good basic and commission structure. Health, transport subsidies are very good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much. If you don't perform up to their expectations you know your job is on the line. Of course they will enroll you on a Performance Improvement Program (PIP) which is just a formality and an excuse to fire you, after they're done with this process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good facilities. Used to have a good vibe until a new ountry manager was employed, following a spate of bad results. This manager seemed to have been employed to fire everyone he thought was not performing. He had no effective or good business strategies, liked to manage by fear
