I came from one of the coolest companies to work, then I moved to an startup with the culture of fear included, worked so hard, oracle acquired us and the culture of fear did not stopped there, Leaders think they are correct but people are just sick of the work and looking for new job offers.

the ability of learning, oracle always care for you to keep growing up on your skills and help you to move internally if required and test in another of the many oracle business units.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staffing low level people to divide annoying task until it can be automatized, instead of requiring to have at least 3 screens to monitor, manage, work, support external and internal people all within a chat or email or many queues, consider the 3 psychological-needs Competence connection autonomy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
after 4 years of service I got a mask and alcohol as an office returning, one of the nicest things of getting into great companies are the gifts the company provides to demonstrate some care, for some reason oracle does not do that, as you focus too much on the money and less on the soul.
