Honestly .. Our Oracle Team is as good or better than any in the Industry .. (Despite nearly no Raises for Many Years)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be the Best pay and Best Opportunity in the Industry .. Over the last 15 years it has become more of "Who are they going to Lay off Next" Culture .. which I think will eventually hurt them badly
