Humility and employee focus. Creating a fair work environment and providing a living wage in the US.

I only work 8 hours because they refuse to pay enough for any commitment beyond the minimum. Very hostile environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micro and administrative management to a paralyzing fault. Thinking is NOT rewarded. Very greedy environment. Hateful. Rigid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Oracle does not provide a path to base wage increases. They hire younger inexperienced workers at higher base pay and send US work to Other countries cheaply. Oracle is not focused on employees or customers...only executive payouts.
