Oracle pretty much under pays everyone below director level. They really don't value their employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more quality control and testing before releasing software, and people need to be more truthful with clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All the people with any real vision have left the company for start ups, or retired. The people running the company now just look at numbers and trends... they are completely reactive.
