Need true leaders in middle management who think about growing the talent.
Get rid of Closed office culture. Need to move everyone in open offices so there are no ivory towers.
Back stabbing, fiefdoms, egos. The only way to change is to get rid of half the VPs and bring in fresh blood.
Top down driven culture. VPs are also individual contributors and they focus more on their own projects than leading and building a team.
