Remote (work from home) is prevalent, which is really nice.

They asked relevant, challenging questions. It was friendly, but challenging.

Recognition for hard work is almost non-existent. Pay never increases unless you're sales or management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation trumps all for employees. It has to eventually go up or talented people leave. Especially in this economy, it can't be ignored
