shocking beyond belief. i did much much better in my previous jobs than the drudgery i go through here. sticking around long enough to be not seen as job hopper. no reason to stay otherwise.

No carrots, no sticks. Good performance isn't rewarded, bad performance isn't punished.

i am paid less, work in a function where no one appreciates what I do

inclusive decision making is needed; all decision making is hierarchical. Everyone is afraid to stand up to their boss
