My personal manager is very supportive and so far seems to be in the know about micoragressions and an advocate for me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with all women, on site, behavioral only. It was amazing, and definitely helped me feel more comfortable accepting the offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most members of my team are kind and patient. Ego sometimes gets in the way, but less than other companies I've worked for.
