Work from home and am relatively left alone if I perform well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Take charge and can-do spirit. This has made bullies of some but they don't prevail.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think they need to offer pay increases - haven't seen one since hired 4 years ago.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Despite not seeing a pay increase in 3+years, I feel I am paid well and am in a relatively good company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My leader has people with too many credentials and experience for the jobs they do. They are under utilized.
