What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Overtime is very knowledgable, they know what they are doing and have provided me with great experience and help when needed. My manager always has time for me to come with questions with any task and is very open to suggestions.

GREAT people. Everyone here is nice and respectful and we have fun. Team meetings are very open and we learn a ton.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overtime constantly has team dinners, little snacks / lunches, and is constantly thinking of their employee's health and well being. This is something that is very unique to working at overtime.

Casual work environment, no dress code, usually music playing, friendly coworkers, open office layout with sofas if you want a break from desk life

It was quick and efficient. They did not waste anytime and was very casual and informal about the whole process.
