What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock, unlimited PTO, health benefits, and flex benefits.

The best part of our compensation package is definitely the equity component. Palo Alto Networks' stock (PANW) has been a significant value booster, making it a rewarding aspect of our overall compensation.

Our stock has split twice in the past three years - the RSU's and ESPP are a great part of the comp package. Our benefits are excellent too!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have been struggling with the comp ranges, it is not aligned with the market data as we should look at Saas based company. I am just holding to see this year's pay increment and definitely take a decision based on that.
