What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate that he cares about my goals with the company as well as my home goals. He acknowledges that I have a wedding comping up and allows me to work around that. He also cares when I have a concern about the project and takes what I have into consideration. I feel heard by him

The Bonus is the best part.

My pay is competitive to the Market. No issues there. The Insurance is very expensive compared to the little coverage received. The insurance is the worst I have had in my career.

I honestly feel that I babysit a bunch of guys that cant figure out simple tasks, while they make double what I make.

I don't feel undervalued, But I would like an increase in pay as I feel I have earned it and will continue to learn and grow and become more valuable to the company.

Dramatically reduced bonus and salary increase. Increasing to pre-merger values to keep up with inflation and the margin increase realized in 2022.

The team is pretty divided. There is the team I enjoy working with and the ones I do not. The ones I do, we have the same goals and the drive to achieve said goals. We work well together to make our goals happen

More accountability and ownership to make decisions.

Work/ Life balance. Honoring R&R considerations. Increasing travel stipends to match the current rate of inflation. Matching Per Diem to the current rate of inflation. Treating people like people and not like expendable assets. This isn't the military.

By attentively considering the requirements of field technicians and providing them with essential tools, we can enable them to efficiently and safely complete their tasks. This approach also prevents the issue of underestimating project costs, which would otherwise lead to excessive effort to reach

There is no "sales department"... the only new revenue is thru acquisition. No organic growth.

The Management team is disintegrating. It's like watching a bad season of survivor, except with the company you work for: who are we going to lose this week? This is not a healthy company and the fact that the upper management won't acknowledge this to their staff is extremely dishonest.
