Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Granted it is my first year with PlanSource. I came from a small business where i was an IT Director for several years. After we sold, i was lucky enough to fall into PlanSource. My goal is to build out a department, however i feel undercompensated for my experience and what i bring to the table.

For me it's 2 things. First, I feel like the Executive Leadership team has rallied the troops and we are all moving in a cohesive direction. Second, the people I work with ask my how my day is and that's a great thing.
