they need to bring back the nurses that had experience and stop replacing them with ones right out of school

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop pressuring for work accountability when every member's job function requires a different level of time, understanding, skill, and effort. Allow employees to engage with one another more often. Stop grading work productivity so critically and harshly. Offer more incentives.

everything the focus is not on our patients it's on how much money we can make from them it needs to be on the care of the patients thats why we nee the experienced nurse to help with that the new nurse dont have that

Nothing particularly, as they have all been different. The phone interviews would be the most promising of all.
